Rear-Facing Newborn Protection

The Joie Every Stage can be used rear facing from birth up to 18 kg, approximately four years. Rear-facing travel helps provide enhanced support for a young child’s head, neck and spine.

The three-piece infant insert system includes customisable head support, body support and an infant wedge. These components can be added or removed to create a more comfortable and supportive fit as your baby grows.

Forward-Facing Harness Mode

For children weighing 9 to 18 kg, the seat can be installed forward facing and used with its built-in 5-point harness. One-pull tightening helps parents achieve a secure fit with a single adjustment.

Joie recommends keeping children rear facing for as long as possible within the approved rear-facing limits of the car seat.

High-Back Booster Mode

For children weighing 15 to 36 kg, the Every Stage converts into a high-back booster that uses the vehicle’s 3-point seat belt. Harness Hideaway™ compartments store the built-in harness neatly inside the seat when booster mode is being used.

Grow Together™ Adjustment

The Grow Together™ system adjusts the multi-height headrest and harness simultaneously using one hand. The harness does not need to be removed and manually rethreaded when the headrest height changes.

AutoAdjust™ Side Wings

As the headrest is raised, the AutoAdjust™ side wings widen automatically to provide additional shoulder room for a growing child.

Side-Impact Protection

Guard Surround Safety™ side panels provide additional protection around the child’s head and neck during a side impact. The reinforced steel inner seat shell helps maintain the seat’s structural integrity during a collision.

Six Recline Positions

The seat offers two recline positions for rear-facing use and four positions for forward-facing travel. These settings help create a comfortable angle for sleeping, resting and everyday journeys.

Vehicle Installation

The Joie Every Stage installs using the vehicle’s 3-point seat belt in all approved modes. Clearly marked, colour-coded belt paths and dual lock-off devices help keep the installation secure.

This model does not include integrated ISOFIX connectors. Always follow the supplied user manual and check vehicle compatibility before use.
