Refund policy

We have a 5-day EXCHANGE policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request EXCHANGE.

To be eligible for EXCHANGE, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNOPENED and UNUSED, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start EXCHANGE, you can contact us at info@themomsdarling.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will send goods back to our Shipping Address, as well as we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting EXCHANGE will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE is applicable only on the product category which has the mention of Easy Exchange available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, cosmetics, wipes & Diapers) and Maternity Items(Like Breast Pumps, Pump Accessories etc..).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you want us to arrange reverse pick up, then a fee of Rs.300 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds (Store Credit)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your Goods, and let you know if the EXCHANGE was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issue a Store Credit. 

In case of refund, only the product amount will be refunded and not the shipping charges. The refund amount will be credited within 7 working days.

Deduction Charges 4.75% of Billed Amount + Shipping Charges (Forward + RTO)

Damage & Shortage

We require 360 Video of Unboxing without Cut & Pause to claim any Shortage or Damage product.

Any claims of Damage or Missing items without Video proof will not be Accepted.
