How to Use

1. Open one individually wrapped breast pad.
2. Remove the protective backing from the adhesive strips.
3. Position the soft side against the breast inside your bra.
4. Press the adhesive strips gently against the bra to secure the pad.
5. Replace the pad whenever it becomes wet or as required.
6. Dispose of the used pad after use.
