Kendamil Classic Stage 2 Follow-On Milk is a follow-on formula made to complement your baby’s weaning diet from 6 to 12 months. It is made in the UK with creamy whole milk from grass-fed cows on family farms and follows Kendamil’s award-winning whole milk recipe.

Preparation

1. Wash your hands and sterilise all feeding utensils according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Fill a kettle with 1 litre of freshly run tap water. Boil and leave to cool for no more than 30 minutes so it remains at least 70°C. Do not use repeatedly boiled water.
3. Measure the required water into a sterilised bottle.
4. Using the supplied scoop, add the correct number of level scoops. Use the straight edge inside the lid to level each scoop.
5. Place a sterilised teat and cap on the bottle and shake well until the powder dissolves.
6. Cool the bottle under cold running water with the lid fitted. Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before feeding.

Feeding guide: Add 1 level scoop of powder to every 30ml of freshly boiled and cooled water. From 6 months, your baby will need about 600ml of Kendamil Classic Follow-On Milk per day as a drink or in food. Always follow the feeding guide on your pack.

Storage and safety

• Store in a cool, dry place before and after opening.
• Do not refrigerate or freeze.
• Use within 4 weeks of opening.
• Prepare each feed fresh and use immediately.
• If a feed has not been used within 2 hours, throw it away and prepare a fresh feed.
• Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
• Never add extra powder or water, and never reheat prepared formula in a microwave.
• Packaging may vary; always check the can for the latest instructions and best-before date.

Ingredients

Whole milk, demineralised milk whey protein powder, skimmed milk, vegetable oils sunflower, coconut and rapeseed, lactose from milk, galacto-oligosaccharides from milk, fructo-oligosaccharides, less than 2% of: calcium citrate, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, magnesium chloride, oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., vitamin C, potassium hydroxide, choline bitartrate, inositol, oil from Mortierella alpina, taurine, iron pyrophosphate, nucleotides, L-phenylalanine, L-tryptophan, zinc sulphate, vitamin E, niacin, calcium pantothenate, copper sulphate, thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin A, vitamin B6, manganese sulphate, folic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, vitamin K, vitamin D3, biotin, vitamin B12 and antioxidant tocopherol-rich extract.

Allergy advice

Contains milk. Not suitable for babies with an allergy to any ingredient, galactosaemia or cow's milk intolerance. Always check the product label before use.

Important feeding advice

Breastfeeding is best for babies. Kendamil Classic Follow-On Milk should be used only as part of a mixed weaning diet from 6 months and should not be used as a breastmilk substitute before 6 months. Seek advice from a doctor, pharmacist, midwife, health visitor, dietitian or another qualified healthcare professional based on your baby’s individual needs.
