First choose one of 3 ready-to-play themed building sets. Then take turns laying tiles representing diverse terrain, and filling them with buildings and inhabitants to construct a community. The more a players community thrives, the more points they earn. Building cards unlock powers to help players score more points. Interact with other players, and perhaps even interfere with their progress. The highest score wins!
