Preparation and Usage

For 6 months+: In a clean bowl, crush into a powder and mix with a tablespoon of your baby's usual milk to form a smooth paste for a first cereal. Add a little more milk for the right consistency for your baby. If serving whole, make sure baby is seated upright and always test the temperature before feeding. Never reheat baby food.
