Preparation

• Measure approx. 2 tablespoons (20g) of cereal into a clean baby bowl
  
• Add approx. 6 tablespoons (60ml) of warm milk (breast milk, formula, or cow’s milk as suitable for age)
  
• Stir well and let it sit for 2 minutes to soften
  
• Mix again and serve when cooled to a safe temperature
  
• Adjust consistency with more or less liquid depending on your baby’s preference
