The Béaba pre-spoons are specially designed for the first stages of weaning and food discovery. Their small size and rounded shape make them easier for little hands to grasp while babies begin developing the coordination required for independent eating.

From 4 months, the spoons can be introduced with help from an adult. From approximately 6–8 months, babies can begin holding and using the spoons more independently.
