Preparation and feeding

Powdered formula milks are not sterile. Follow the preparation and storage instructions carefully.

1. Wash your hands and sterilise all utensils according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Boil 1 litre of freshly run water, then leave it to cool for 30 minutes and no longer so it reaches the recommended temperature of approximately 70°C. Pour the required amount into a sterilised bottle using the feeding guide on the pack. Do not use artificially softened or repeatedly boiled water.
3. Using the scoop, add the amount of powder stated in the feeding guide. Level each scoop with the leveller inside the tin. Do not press or heap the powder.
4. Fit the sterilised teat and cap and shake immediately, vertically and vigorously, for at least 10 seconds until the powder is dissolved.
5. Cool the bottle under cold running water or in a bowl of cold water. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist; the formula should feel lukewarm, not hot. Start the feed as soon as possible and always finish within 2 hours.

Storage and label advice

Store the powder in a cool, dry place and do not refrigerate. Use within 4 weeks of opening. Packaging may vary; always check the pack for the latest ingredients, allergens, preparation, feeding and storage instructions.

Glucose syrup, vegetable oils (palm oil, coconut oil, rapeseed oil, high oleic sunflower oil, sunflower oil), calcium caseinate (from milk), maltodextrin, calcium phosphate, sodium citrate, potassium hydrogen phosphate, fish oil, potassium citrate, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, L-cysteine, choline chloride, oil from Mortierella alpina, emulsifier (soya lecithin), vitamin C, potassium hydroxide, inositol, taurine, L-tryptophan, L-carnitine, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate, vitamin E, uridine 5'-monophosphate sodium salt, cytidine 5'-monophosphate, pantothenic acid, adenosine 5'-monophosphate, inosine 5'-monophosphate sodium salt, nicotinamide, guanosine 5'-monophosphate sodium salt, copper sulphate, riboflavin, vitamin A, thiamin, vitamin B6, potassium iodide, folic acid, manganese sulphate, sodium selenite, vitamin K1, biotin, vitamin D3 and vitamin B12.

Allergy advice

Contains milk, fish and soya. This product is not suitable for babies diagnosed with a cow’s milk allergy. Always check the product label before use.

Important feeding advice

Breastfeeding is best for babies. Infant formula is suitable from birth when babies are not breastfed. This product is not suitable for infants with galactosaemia.
