Heinz Cereal Oat & Apple Porridge

How to use

Easy prep

Just add water. Add approx. 60ml of warm water to 20g of cereal in a bowl and stir.

Check the temperature before serving.

This is a guide, you can prepare Heinz cereals to the texture and quantity your baby loves.

Tip: For every level spoonful of cereal add 3 spoonfuls of warm water and stir.

Advice: We support the WHO recommendation on exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months and continuing with breast milk until at least 2 years of age, when possible. Before starting to introduce solid food ask your health visitor or GP for advice.

Flours (Oat (32%), Hydrolysed Wheat), Skimmed Milk Powder (25%), Maltodextrin, Demineralised Whey Powder (7%, from Milk), Dehydrated Apple Flakes (6%), Rapeseed Oil, Dehydrated Blackcurrant Flakes (0.4%), Flavourings, Minerals (Calcium, Zinc, Iron), Vitamins (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Niacin, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Folic Acid, Vitamin B6, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Vitamin B12), Lemon Powder.
