How to Use

1. Wash and dry hands thoroughly before handling expressed breastmilk.
2. Open the tamper-evident tear-away top and carefully open the zipper.
3. Pour or pump breastmilk into the bag without exceeding 180 ml / 6 fl oz.
4. Remove excess air and securely close the double zipper all the way across.
5. Write the date and milk quantity on the designated label area.
6. Store upright in the refrigerator or lay flat in the freezer.

To thaw frozen breastmilk, Lansinoh recommends placing the sealed bag in warm tap water. Always follow current breastmilk-storage guidance and the instructions supplied with the product.
