Preparation and serving

Use a clean bowl and feeding spoon. Mix 1 spoonful of cereal with 2 spoonfuls of warm, previously boiled water and stir. If serving warm, check the temperature before feeding. This ratio is a guide; adjust the consistency as required for your baby’s stage and appetite. Make each serving fresh, discard leftovers and never leave your baby alone while eating.

Milled cereals (36%) [wholegrain wheat (32%), rye (0.7%), wholegrain oat (0.7%), wholegrain spelt (wheat) (0.7%), millet (0.7%), rice (0.7%), buckwheat (0.7%)], skimmed milk powder (28%), vegetable oils [sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, high-oleic sunflower oil, coconut oil, emulsifier (soya lecithin)], demineralised whey powder (from milk), banana flakes (5%), galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) (from milk) (4%), berry flakes (dehydrated blueberry, dehydrated blackberry, rice) (2.5%), apple powder (2%), minerals (calcium carbonate, iron pyrophosphate, potassium iodine), fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) (0.3%), vitamins (vitamin C, vitamin A, thiamin, vitamin D3).

Allergy advice
