Preparation

Powdered milks are not sterile. Follow the preparation and storage instructions carefully.

1. Wash your hands and sterilise all utensils according to the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Measure 150ml (5fl oz) of boiled, cooled water into a clean beaker.
3. Using the scoop provided, add 5 level scoops of powder. Do not press or heap the powder.
4. Fit the clean lid and shake immediately, vertically and vigorously for at least 10 seconds, until the powder dissolves.
5. Check the temperature and serve immediately.

Aptamil recommends about two 150ml beakers a day as part of a varied, balanced diet from 2 years onwards. Always follow the feeding guide on the pack.

Storage

Store the powder in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. Use within 4 weeks of opening. Packaging and the oil blend shown on packs may vary; always check the product label for the latest ingredients, allergens, preparation, feeding and storage instructions.

Dairy-based blend (of which 25% is fermented) [skimmed milk, lactose (from milk), vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, high oleic sunflower oil, coconut oil), whey products (demineralised whey, whey concentrate) (from milk), calcium phosphate, fish oil, potassium citrate, calcium carbonate, sodium citrate, potassium chloride, vitamin C, emulsifier (soy lecithin), choline chloride, inositol, magnesium chloride, pantothenic acid, vitamin E, riboflavin, nicotinamide, vitamin B6, thiamin, potassium iodide, folic acid, vitamin K1, biotin, vitamin B12], maltodextrin, galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) (from milk), fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), magnesium hydrogen phosphate, ferrous sulphate, milk flavouring, zinc sulphate, vitamin A and vitamin D3.
